Design Agency | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)We are a creative design agency working with businesses that value strong branding, thoughtful design, and strategic execution. To support our growth, we’re looking for a professional Appointment Setter who will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and help initiate meaningful conversations.This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, understands B2B outreach, and can confidently represent a creative agency in early-stage discussions.What You’ll Do
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and messaging
- Introduce our design services, including branding, web design, and creative solutions
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and business needs
- Schedule discovery and consultation calls for our internal team
- Confirm appointments and conduct follow-ups to ensure attendance
- Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and booked meetings in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, or similar role
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone presence and ability to handle objections gracefully
- Organized, consistent, and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free work environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working with design, marketing, or digital agencies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- B2B appointment-setting experience
